上市工资员工薪资最低标准 -法律知识

法律分析：
今年7月1日起上调最低工资标准，由每月1950元调整为每月2050元;非全日制用工劳动者最低小时工资标准由每人每小时19.5元调整为每人每小时20.8元。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第二十条 劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
