释义	我国法律对单位的录用通知书的效力和性质没有明确规定，这与在求职节目上，单位发出的录用承诺有相同之处。只是在理论界大都认为单位的录用通知书属于《民法典》上的承诺。但无论是把它看做是要约，还是承诺，录用通知书都具有法律效力。
