释义	法律分析: 在没有裁定解除的情况下,原查封裁定继续有效。如果是发回重审,裁定继续有效。如果是终审判决,在撤销一审法院判决的同时,驳回了一审原告的诉讼请求,或者驳回一审原告的起诉,一审法院应当裁定解除查封。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十五条宣判前，原告申请撤诉的，是否准许，由人民法院裁定。人民法院裁定不准许撤诉的，原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以缺席判决。
