释义	法律分析：列为网逃的标准：司法机关已批准或决定逮捕、刑事拘留和有证据证明已构成犯罪需要追究刑事责任的犯罪嫌疑人逃离居住地、监视地、作案地，经办案机关抓捕未归案的，以及从看守、劳改、劳教场所脱逃的犯罪嫌疑人、罪犯或劳教人员。网上追逃的条件：1、是刑事犯罪。2、犯罪事实清楚。3、案犯在逃，符合这三个条件就能上网通缉法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零九条公安机关或者人民检察院发现犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，应当按照管辖范围，立案侦查。
