根据2022年最新规定，变道压实线的情况将被归为违反交通标线指示的违章行为，并罚以200元的罚款，扣除3分。因此，为了避免处罚，车主在发现走错道想要变道的话，应当选择继续行驶等待虚线时再变道，不应借道超车、加塞、临时变道等。
高速实线变道如此处罚：高速实线变道，罚款200元。在高速公路上行驶时，前方机动车停车或缓慢行驶时，应自行排队。超车或占用对面车道，穿插等候车辆的，处以200元罚款。

交管部门提醒，上述两项交通违法危害很大：一是相交路口车辆无法正常行驶，易引发压车拥阻；二是轧越黄线左转车辆进入路口不减速，一旦遇险情无法及时采取紧急制动措施，容易引发交通事故。
