释义	法律分析: 借条中的金额与实际的借款金额不符的，当事人可以协商修改借条中的金额，应当以实际的借款金额为准。如果一方当事人拒绝修改借条中的金额并且以此为由要求对方按照借条的内容履行义务的，则另一方当事人需要提供其他相关证据证明实际金额与借条中的金额不符，拒绝其要求。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
