释义	法律分析：无效。票据法规定，背书不得附有条件。因为票据是一种完全有价证券，持票人必须具有合法取得的票据才能主张其票据权利。背书是附属票据行为，背书人转让的是出票人通过法定的记载事项设立的票据权利，背书人无权增加或减少出票人所创设的票据权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第三十三条背书不得附有条件。背书时附有条件的，所附条件不具有汇票上的效力。将汇票金额的一部分转让的背书或者将汇票金额分别转让给二人以上的背书无效。
