释义	夫妻一方是现役军人，军人要求离婚的(1)军人所在部队政治机关领导应当视情况进行调解，符合民法典规定的离婚条件，并经对方同意，政治机关方可出具同意现役军人离婚的证明，双方到地方婚姻登记管理机关进行离婚登记。(2)如军人一方坚持离婚，对方坚决不同意离婚的，部队可商请对方所在单位或地方有关部门进行调解，调解无效的，政治机关出具调解状况的证明，由当事人向法院提出离婚诉讼。
