释义	法律分析：考驾照三年后过期自动取消考试资格。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第三十八条申请人在场地和道路上学习驾驶，应当按规定取得学习驾驶证明。学习驾驶证明的有效期为三年，申请人应当在有效期内完成科目二和科目三考试。未在有效期内完成考试的，已考试合格的科目成绩作废。学习驾驶证明可以采用纸质或者电子形式，纸质学习驾驶证明和电子学习驾驶证明具有同等效力。申请人可以通过互联网交通安全综合服务管理平台打印或者下载学习驾驶证明。
