借款平台收服务费合法吗
释义
合法。贷款服务费是指办理贷款业务时收取的费用，一般由银行收取，收费标准视各地情况而定。贷款服务费一般由银行收取，也有由帮助办理贷款业务的第三方收取的。法条根据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》 第二十七条 借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证载明的借款金额，一般认定为本金。预先在本金中扣除利息的，人民法院应当将实际出借的金额认定为本金。
