释义	法律分析：借条金额与实际借款不一致，当事人需进一步举证。债权凭证上载明的出借金额往往与借款人实际收到的本金数额不一致。在此情形下，应初步判断出借人主张的借款事实是否具有不可排除的合理怀疑，在存在合理怀疑时，应要求出借人进一步举证。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十八条借贷双方对前期借款本息结算后将利息计入后期借款本金并重新出具债权凭证，如果前期利率没有超过年利率24%，重新出具的债权凭证载明的金额可以认定为后期借款本金。
