释义	法律分析：看具体情况定。如果企业生产经营并不困难，且员工没有待岗意愿的，企业让员工待岗是不合法的。同时公司出资安排员工参加培训，在培训期间，员工无法正常参与工作，可以视为待岗，为合法待岗。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十二条劳动者待岗在一个工资支付周期内的,用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。超过一个工资支付周期的,若劳动者提供了正常劳动,则支付给劳动者的劳动报酬不得低于当地的最低工资标准;若劳动者没有提供正常劳动,应按当地政府规定的标准发给生活费。
