释义	申请司法鉴定是没有地域限制的。鉴定结论属于法律上的证据，各个鉴定机构之间没有级别区分。鉴定机构可以独立承接合法的委托者的司法鉴定申请，对委托者没有地域的限制。即：只要是合法的司法鉴定机构可以接受国内任何地域的任何鉴定委托，但要经过公安部门的同意后在进行法医和司法鉴定。法律依据：《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》八、各鉴定机构之间没有隶属关系；鉴定机构接受委托从事司法鉴定业务，不受地域范围的限制。鉴定人应当在一个鉴定机构中从事司法鉴定业务。
