释义	法律分析: 各商业银行的贷款利率都是在央行贷款基准利率的基础上，进行上下浮动调整的。目前央行贷款基准利率如下：1年以内的贷款年利率为4.35%；1年到5年之间的贷款年利率为4.75%；5年以上的贷款年利率为4.90%。法律依据: 《关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。
