释义	法律分析: 父债子还没有法律依据。父与子是两个独立的民事主体，父债是父亲作为主体与他人发生的债权债务关系，与子女无关。但是在继承的情形下，继承人要在遗产范围内承担清偿责任，如遗产不足清偿的，对超过的部分不承担责任；放弃继承的，不承担债务清偿的责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
