释义	法律分析: 引导、督促生产者、销售者加强产品质量管理，提高产品质量，组织各有关部门依法采取措施，制止产品生产、销售中违反本法规定的行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第三条生产者、销售者应当建立健全内部产品质量管理制度，严格实施岗位质量规范、质量责任以及相应的考核办法。第四条生产者、销售者依照本法规定承担产品质量责任。第五条禁止伪造或者冒用认证标志等质量标志；禁止伪造产品的产地，伪造或者冒用他人的厂名、厂址；禁止在生产、销售的产品中掺杂、掺假，以假充真，以次充好。
