住院超15天医保不报销

释义

法律主观：

15天内两次住院报销，除非住院所发生的医疗费用没有达到医保起付线标准，否则必须要报销。医保报销并没有对参保人每年的住院次数以及时间有所限制，而且根据相关规定，医保定点医疗机构也不能推诿或拒绝符合住院标准的医保参保人进行住院治疗、以及没有达到出院标准的提前出院或自费住院等。

《社会保险法》第28条，符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
