释义	法律分析：兵役登记必须要回到户口所在地登记，但没有规定必须本人回去。适龄公民应当按照兵役登记的通知要求，自行到户籍所在地的兵役登记站进行兵役登记，因特殊情况不能到兵役登记站登记的，可以书面形式委托本人亲属或所在单位代为登记。法律依据：《征兵政治审查工作规定》第六条征兵政治审查工作在地方各级党委和人民政府领导下，根据各该级人民政府征兵办公室统一安排，由同级机关具体负责。
