转让债务应当经担保人同意，未经担保人同意的，担保人对转让部分的债务不再承担担保责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百九十七条 债权人未经保证人书面同意，允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务，保证人对未经其同意转移的债务不再承担保证责任，但是债权人和保证人另有约定的除外。第三人加入债务的，保证人的保证责任不受影响。
