重婚罪配偶不告还用坐牢吗？

法律分析：
不用坐牢，重婚罪是自诉案件，当犯了重婚行为，配偶不告的，公安机关不会主动立案侦查，法院也不会主动受理。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百五十八条 有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
