释义	法律分析：网贷欠几千块钱逾期不还的，可以起诉。网贷欠款额度超过2000之后，就已经可以构成诈骗犯罪，有被网贷平台告上法庭的危险。一旦法院判决网贷平台胜诉，那么借款人除了要支付需要还的款项外，还要支付双方诉讼费用和巨额罚款，另外自然人之间的借款合同约定支付利息的，借款的利率不得违反国家有关限制借款利率的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十六条借款人未按照约定的期限返还借款的，应当按照约定或者国家有关规定支付逾期利息。
