释义	法律分析：网贷一平台服务费以及各种费变相收取高额利息合法吗超过法律规定不合法。在我国民法中主要适用当事人自愿原则，一般情况下借贷的高利息并不违法，只是如果在进行诉讼的时候超过同期银行同等业务利息的四倍则认为无效，但是并不认为民间借贷的高利息违法。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第十条一方以欺诈、胁迫等手段或者乘人之危，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下所形成的借贷关系，应认定为无效。
