监狱服刑可以用手机吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
监狱犯人不可以玩手机。正在服刑的罪犯，除必须的生活用品之外，其他物品如手机、首饰等有可能使罪犯与外界联系或者构成监狱安全隐患的物品，都应由监狱管理局代为保管，或征得罪犯同意退回其家属。具有特殊情况需要使用通讯工具，如固定电话、移动电话与外界联系时，必须报经主管机关同意并有管教在场。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国监狱法》 第十八条 罪犯收监，应当严格检查其人身和所携带的物品。非生活必需品，由监狱代为保管或者征得罪犯同意退回其家属，违禁品予以没收。女犯由女性人民警察检查。
