释义	监外执行的刑是算入执行刑期，但如果并没有符合监外执行要求的罪犯通过贿赂取得了监外执行的条件，那么监外执行的刑期不会算入执行刑期，不符合要求的去监外执行属于逃脱，逃脱是不会属于执行刑期的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十七条对暂予监外执行的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，应当及时收监：（一）发现不符合暂予监外执行条件的；（二）严重违反有关暂予监外执行监督管理规定的；（三）暂予监外执行的情形消失后，罪犯刑期未满的。
