释义	法律分析：暂予监外执行的罪犯是可再行收监的。对于人民法院决定暂予监外执行条件的罪犯，暂予监外执行的期间，计入刑期。暂予监外执行消失之后，如果刑期没有满的，应该及时收监。罪犯在暂予监外执行期间逃逸的，其越狱期间不计入刑罚执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百六十八条对暂予监外执行的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，应当及时收监： (一)发现不符合暂予监外执行条件的； (二)严重违反有关暂予监外执行监督管理规定的； (三)暂予监外执行的情形消失后，罪犯刑期未满的。
