释义	法律分析：可以异地执行行政拘留。拘留是指将对象拘禁限制，但拘留不一定需要法院命令，警察机关亦有拘留权，但各国允许拘留的总时间长度不一，有些国家甚至于可以无限期的拘留对象。刑事诉讼中的拘留，称为刑事拘留。它是公安机关、人民检察院遇有紧急情况，暂时限制罪该逮捕的现行犯或重大嫌疑人的人身自由的一种强制方法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十三条异地拘留、逮捕公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。
