释义	律师解答：我国法律没有对破产重整的时间作出规定。不同的企业破产重组的时间并不完全相同，要根据具体情况来确定。公司重组具有广义和狭义两种含义，狭义的公司重组是仅限于公司并购，包括公司合并、公司收购与公司分立（分割）。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
