释义	法律分析：转入团支部管理员同意才算。目前转入团支部没同意，还要等同意了才算转入成功。法律依据：《中国共产主义青年团团员证管理暂行条例》第十二条团员在工作、学习单位和居住地区变更时，须持团员证及时转接组织关系。如果没有正当理由，超过半年未转接组织关系的，应按自行脱团处理。第十三条转出和接收团员组织关系；应在团员证“组织关系转接”栏内填写团员转出、转入组织关系时间，注明团费收缴情况，井加盖公章。第十四条团员临时外出不转移团的组织关系，凭团员证证明团员身份。
