释义	法律分析：不一样。罚金是人民法院判处犯罪人或犯罪单位向国家缴纳一定数额金钱的刑罚方法。罚款有两种：一种是人民法院在民事、行政诉讼中责令妨害诉讼的人或单位缴纳一定数额金钱的强制措施(简称司法罚款)；另一种是行政机关决定对违反行政法规的人或单位向国家缴纳一定数额金钱的处罚方式(简称行政罚款)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十四条附加刑的种类如下： (一)罚金； (二)剥夺政治权利； (三)没收财产。附加刑也可以独立适用。
