释义	如果没有《房屋租赁许可证》，租赁合同依然有效。但是在房屋租赁中，以下两类承租人如果没有《房屋租赁许可证》就不能办理相关手续。一是对于租用房屋从事生产经营活动的承租人来说，《房屋租赁许可证》可以作为经营场所合法的凭证。二是对于租房用于居住的承租人来说，《房屋租赁许可证》是向公安机关办理户口登记的凭证之一。如果要办理《房屋租赁许可证》，您应该到当地政府房地产管理部门办理。如果是县政府所在地以外的建制县，就要在市、县政府房地产管理部门委托的机构办理。
