释义	构成侵犯他人通信自由罪有隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件的行为。所谓隐匿，是指把被害人的信件扣留，在一定的地点加以隐藏，不交给被害人的行为。所谓毁弃，是指故意丢弃、撕毁、焚毁信件的行为。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百五十二条隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件，侵犯公民通信自由权利，情节严重的，处一年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
