释义	购房合同已签订,可以更改房主。如果购房合同已在房产局备案了，就必须注销原购房合同，再和开发商签订变更户主名的新购房合同。如果合同在房产局没有备案，可以和开发商协商一下，把合同和首付款收据更改就可以了。【法律依据】《民典法》第五百四十三条，当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
