释义	法律分析：对继承人以外的依靠被继承人扶养的缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的人，或者继承人以外的对被继承人扶养较多的人；可以分给他们适当的遗产，但在遗产分割时，明知而未提出请求的，法院一般不予受理；不知而未提出请求，在二年以内起诉的，法院应予受理。继承开始后，继承人没有表示放弃继承，并于遗产分割前死亡的，其继承遗产的权利转移给他的合法继承人。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百三十一条，对继承人以外的依靠被继承人扶养的人，或者继承人以外的对被继承人扶养较多的人，可以分给适当的遗产。
