释义	法律分析：根据《企业工资支付办法》的规定，婚假期间的工资应当按这样的原则确定： (一) 劳动合同有约定的，按不低于劳动合同约定的劳动者本人所在岗位 (职位)相对应的工资标准确定。(二)用人单位与劳动者无任何约定的，假期工资的计算基数统一按劳动者本人所在岗位 (职位)正常出勤的月工资的70%确定。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十一条劳动者依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。
