合同无效是自始无效吗？
释义
根据我国相关法律的规定，合同无效是自始无效，即无效的合同自始没有法律约束力。例如一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立的损害国家利益的合同，恶意串通，损害国家、集体或第三人利益的合同，属于无效合同。法律规定，无效合同自始无效。
