释义	法律分析：不能，用人单位不能这样做，是违法的。用人单位不能向劳动者收取货币作为入厂押金，对擅自收取抵押金的，劳动者可以依法向当地的劳动监察大队进行举报或者投诉，要求劳动监察大队依法处理，劳动监察机构应当责令用人单位限期将押金退还给职工本人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
