释义	法律分析：法律责任跟刑事责任不一样。法律责任是刑事责任的上位概念，范围比刑事责任要大。如果当事人违反了法律就要负法律责任，包括民事责任，行政责任和刑事责任。理论上来说是有违宪责任，但是我国现在没有相应的违宪责任审查和追究的机构，没有宪法法院，所以违宪责任暂时没有追究的依据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
