释义	法律分析: 公司把员工调店，员工已经协商同意的，不能不去。用人单位调整劳动者工作岗位，同时符合以下情形的，劳动者不能单方面解除劳动合同并且要求经济补偿：调岗是用人单位生产经营的需要；调岗后劳动者的工资水平与原岗位基本相当；不具有侮辱性和惩罚性；无其他违反法律法规的情形。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
