可以补缴。
社保补缴是指由于某种原因导致社保中断缴费，中间几个月没有缴费，而现在由于招调或者落户其他原因，需要补之前没有交到的部分，从而获得完整的社保时间段，以确保招调落户等工作正常认可。正常情况下，一般单位（分地域）只能做2个月的补交，如果需要更长时间只好通过一些代理机构来操作。
注意事项：
1、社保政策是最多可以补交两年，意思是从补交的月份开始像前推算（是按补交的时间段来计算，不是按累计月份计算。例如：10年4月~09年4月的任意的一个时间段，都是按一年来计算。如10年4月-09年的3月到08年的4月任意一个时间段都是按两年来计算，只单独补交08年9月这也是按两年来计算）；
2、补缴金额等于补缴时上年度社会平均工资乘以（应补年度缴费工资基数%应补年度社会平均工资）乘以缴费比例乘以补缴系数；
根据《社会保险法》第五十八条规定用人单位应当自用工之日起三十日内为其职工向社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。未办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险经办机构核定其应当缴纳的社会保险费；
3、第六十三条规定用人单位未按时足额缴纳社会保险费的，由社会保险费征收机构责令其限期缴纳或者补足；
4、一般情况下，补缴保险的期间根据社会保险费征收机构视企业情况而定。
