释义	法律分析：对经限期治理逾期未完成治理任务的企业事业单位，除依照国家规定加收超标准排污费外，可以根据所造成的危害后果处以罚款，或者责令停业、搬迁、关闭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第四十八条违反本法第十四条的规定，建设项目中需要配套建设的环境噪声污染防治设施没有建成或者没有达到国家规定的要求，擅自投入生产或者使用的，由批准该建设项目的环境影响报告书的环境保护行政主管部门责令停止生产或者使用，可以并处罚款。
