加入阿尔及利亚国籍要什么条件 -法律知识

法律分析:
阿尔及利亚的国籍承认采血统主义和出生地主义， 也就是生父母一方为阿尔及利亚人或在阿出生的都可以申请阿国籍。阿尔及利亚承认双重国籍 但是中国不承认双重国籍， 所以如果是孩子父母一方为阿国籍 ，可以入中国籍也可以入阿国籍 ，只要申请为阿国籍 就视为自动放弃中国国籍。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国国籍法》 第九条 定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
