释义	按照省学籍管理规定，学生因病或其他特殊原因，无法坚持正常学习的，可由学生本人或其父母、其他监护人持县级（含县级）以上医疗机构证明、病历、相关医疗费用单据或其他有效证明，经学校审核同意，报主管教育行政部门确认后办理休学手续。初中毕业年级第二学期一般不准休学。法律依据：《中小学生学籍管理办法》第十九条学生休学由父母或其他监护人提出书面申请，学校审核同意后，通过电子学籍系统报学籍主管部门登记。复学时，学校应及时办理相关手续。学生休学期间学校应为其保留学籍。
