股东去世股权如何处理？

法律分析：
可以由其继承人继承或者购买其股份。根据公司法，股东的合法继承人有权利继承股份和股东资格，除非公司章程另有规定。在具有人合性的有限公司中，公司章程可能规定股东去世后继承人不能当然继承股东资格而要进行表决，若不同意股东继承人继承，则由公司其他股东或外人购买该股份。
