释义	网贷人死后，其贷款由继承人负责清偿。继承人需要在继承遗产的范围内偿还贷款。如果借款人在申请贷款时，他的亲属或是其他第三方与贷款机构签订了连带还款责任合同的，还可由亲属或第三方偿还。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
