释义	法律分析：不计入。法律对中止审理的法定时间并无明确时间限定，对中止审理的情形有规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百零六条在审判过程中，有下列情形之一，致使案件在较长时间内无法继续审理的，可以中止审理：(一)被告人患有严重疾病，无法出庭的二)被告人脱逃的三)自诉人患有严重疾病，无法出庭，未委托诉讼代理人出庭的四)由于不能抗拒的原因。中止审理的原因消失后，应当恢复审理。中止审理的期间不计入审理期限。
