释义	法律分析：当事人因情势变更的原因而变更或解除合同的，免除违约责任的承担，不给付另一方相应的赔偿。情势变更，是指合同有效成立后，因不可归责于双方当事人的原因发生情势变更，致合同之基础动摇或丧失，若继续维持合同原有效力显失公平，允许变更合同内容或者解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
