释义	买卖不破租赁是指，在租赁关系存续期间，即使出租人将租赁物转让与他人，对租赁关系也不产生任何影响。也就是说，买受人不能以其已成为租赁物的所有权人为由，否认原租赁关系的存在，并要求承租人返还租赁物。《合同法》规定：租赁物在租赁期间发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。在司法实践中，买卖不破租赁这一法律制度，不仅包括因买卖而引起的租赁物所有权变动，还包括因赠与、继承、互易甚至合伙投资引起的所有权变动。法律依据：《合同法》第二百二十九条租赁物在租赁期间发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。
