不正规平台借钱不还如何处置呢
释义
对于催收无效的借款人，借款平台也会走法律程序来收取回款。一旦法院法院判决借款平台胜诉，那么借款人除了要还清本息，还要额外支付双方诉讼费和巨额罚息，更有甚至会被判刑。
法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条 出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。
