释义	法律分析：在设有车间或仓库的建筑物内，不得设置员工集体宿舍。对已经设置且确有困难不能立即加以解决的，应当采取必要的消防安全措施，经公安消防机构批准后，可以在限期内继续使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第十九条生产、储存、经营易燃易爆危险品的场所不得与居住场所设置在同一建筑物内，并应当与居住场所保持安全距离。生产、储存、经营其他物品的场所与居住场所设置在同一建筑物内的，应当符合国家工程建设消防技术标准。
