释义	法律分析: 非法同居，是指男女双方未办结婚登记手续即以夫妻名义同居生活，群众也认为是夫妻关系的一种同居行为。同居在我国分为三种一般同居、非法同居、重婚同居。如果双方均未婚，同居就不会触犯法律。但是如果是已婚者与他人同居，就会涉嫌构成重婚罪，承担相应的刑事责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第三条禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。
